Architectural Change Request Form
Please find attached an ACC Application you will need to fill out and return to awhite@tscmangement.com.
Guidelines can be found in your Lasater Ranch Governing Documents.
Once you have emailed back your ACC forms, the ACC Committee will review your application. Once it's approved you will receive a letter stating to go forward with your project. Below is a list of what you will need to include.
1. One application per one project
2. A detailed description of the project
3. Copy of property survey or plat plan indicating the placement. Application WILL NOT be considered without it. (not necessary for roof or window replacement only)
4. Dimension, including height, width, length
5. Brand name, color, stain opacity, color photos or sample images of colors that will be used
6. List of any materials you will be using to complete your project
7. Include a copy of the building permit from the city if applicable.
8. ON YOUR APPLICATION ---Your Initials by each of the nine (9) Owners Acknowledgements found at the bottom of page 1 and page 2
PLEASE REVIEW THE ABOVE LIST CAREFULLY! Missing information will only delay the process.
